Creating positive change
through healing connections
Are you feeling anxious about everything, but not quite sure why? Struggling to find joy, even if you fake it well? You know how to cover it up, but that also means you are feeling alone in these big, overwhelming feelings. You know there is more of life than this, but it seems out of reach. Let's work together so you can find your spark.
You love your partner, but do you sometimes feel that it's hard to be loving? Or feel your love returned? You have committed to your partner, but you worry that the future will look the same as the present. Learn together how you can be the partners to each other you both want and deserve.
Have you survived 2020? We think of trauma as one big, scary event, but often it is the small, consistent drip of fear and stress that rewrites our nervous system. Whether you have a discrete trauma experience or find that you are falling into cycles that feel out of your control, I can support you on your path to healing.
Are you struggling to be the parent that you thought you would be? Have things always come easily, but taking care of baby is making you question yourself? You thought having a baby would be more fulfilling, but it's hard to express that to others. Society gives so little grace to pregnant people and new parents even though it is one of the hardest transitional periods in the life cycle. You deserve to be seen and supported.
I tell every client who starts with me that I like to see myself as someone who is sharing a path with them, just one step behind, shining a light on different roads. It is not my job to push you towards a path, but support you as you discover your own, unique journey. This may look like a deep dive into destructive patterns of behavior or wondering what the hell is up with the doctors on the latest Grey's. Those two examples are pretty similar--but you get my drift.

I love to be creative in the service of my clients' growth. I want my clients to look forward to our sessions together because I look forward to seeing you. Getting to connect with people in some of their most vulnerable times and seeing them through to a place of newfound resiliency and strength is one of the true highlights of my life.
